We are a cash-based chiropractic office. This means that we provide top quality chiropractic care without the hassle of billing your insurance, copays, deductibles, and declined reimbursement. We do understand that many people enjoy sending their care through their insurance. We have good news! You still can! You can submit your own claims to your insurance company and be reimbursed directly from them. You will simply pay us cash at the time of service, request your medical records, then send them to your insurance company. As with all healthcare offices, coverage varies. Depending on what type of coverage you have, the services rendered may or may not be covered. Schedule a consultation with us to learn how to do this on your own.

Chiropractic Adjustments

Chiropractic adjustments are the main form of treatment that we use in our office. Techniques include Diversified, Thompson-Drop and Activator. The technique used is specific to each patient and is determined on your first visit after an initial exam. The goal of chiropractic adjustments is to increase mobility of your joints. By doing this we can assist in increasing range of motion, decreasing muscle tension and increasing nerve function. All of which will help you get out of pain and improve your athletic performance. Chiropractic adjustments are $35 per visit.

Therapeutic Exercise

Personal training is a great way to re-educate your muscles to prevent pain and injury in the future while maximizing your current athletic performance. It is a great tool to use in conjunction to chiropractic adjustments to maximize the benefits of treatment. As we say, recovery is 10% us, 90% you. Personal training sessions can be used independently from chiropractic care as well. We offer 60-minute and 30-minute sessions. 60-minute sessions are charged at $100 and 30-minute sessions are charged at $50.

Cupping

Cupping is one of the techniques we use during a soft tissue session. Cupping is designed to increase blood flow to an area which will help speed up the process of recovery and healing. Cupping is great to use in conjunction with chiropractic adjustments to maximize therapeutic benefits or to help reduce muscle tension after a heavy lift. Unfortunately, due to legal constraints you must be under chiropractic care in order to receive this form of treatment. Soft tissue sessions are 10 minutes in length and are charged at $35. During each session we will use a variety of soft tissue techniques that are both passive (done by the practitioner) and active (done by the patient) to provide you with the best possible relief.

Muscle Scrapping

Muscle scrapping is one of the many techniques we use during a soft tissue session. Muscle scraping involves a metal tool gliding across your skin to increase blood flow to the area and reduce pain. This will help speed up the process of recovery and healing. Muscle scrapping is great to use in conjunction with chiropractic adjustments to maximize therapeutic benefits or to help reduce muscle tension after a heavy lift. Unfortunately, due to legal constraints you must be under chiropractic care in order to receive this form of treatment. Soft tissue sessions are 10 minutes in length and are charged at $35. Muscle Re-education

Muscle re-education is a technique we use during soft tissue sessions where our doctors identify weak and overactive muscles. Once identified we are able to prescribe specific strength exercises and stretches that will help loosen tight muscles and strengthen overactive muscles. These exercises are often smaller than what is given during personal training sessions and is something everyone should be able to do in their own home. Unfortunately, due to legal constrains you must be under chiropractic care in order to receive this form of treatment. Soft tissue sessions are 10 minutes in length and are charged at $35. During each session we will use a variety of techniques that are both passive (done by the practitioner) and active (done by the patient) to provide you with the best possible relief.

Manual Muscle Release

Manual muscle release is one of the many techniques we use during a soft tissue session. This is done by the practitioner's hands and is similar to a massage. It is designed to increase blood flow to an area, rehydrate stiff tissues below the skin, and reset the natural tension held within a muscle. Manual muscle release is great to use in conjunction with chiropractic adjustments to maximize therapeutic benefits or to help reduce muscle tension after a heavy lift. Unfortunately, due to legal constraints you must be under chiropractic care in order to receive this form of treatment. Soft tissue sessions are 10 minutes in length and are charged at $35. During each session we will use a variety of soft tissue techniques that are both passive (done by the practitioner) and active (done by the patient) to provide you with the best possible relief.

New Patient Exam

New patient exams are the first visit you will do as a new chiropractic patient to our office. These visits typically take around 1 hour which give our doctor's ample time to hear your health concerns, perform a chiropractic exam, and perform the first treatment. A chiropractic exam includes range of motion to assess your body's ability to move, neurological screening to get a base line assessment of your nerve function and orthopedic tests which will stress your joints so we can pinpoint areas of dysfunction. These exams cost $100. If you choose to get adjusted that same day, that will include a $35 charge as well. First visits for a new patient typically cost around $135, but prices may vary depending on services rendered.

Progress Exam

Progress exams can be used in the middle and the end of your chiropractic care plans to assess improvement from treatment. At these exams you will repeat the same tests you preformed on your first visit to assess any improvements that may have taken place over the course of your care. If this exam is releasing you from care, your provider will talk to you about spinal wellness plans to see what your future spinal healthcare may look like. These exams typically take 30 minutes and cost $50.

Review of Findings

Review of findings are going to occur on your second chiropractic visit. During this time the doctor will explain to you what they found during your initial exam, and they will then explain how that relates to the treatment plan that they have set up for you. After they explain how your care will benefit you, they will walk you through the cost of care and the possibility of setting up a payment schedule that fits your budget best. At the end of the visit our providers will answer any questions you may have. These visits generally take 30 minutes and cost $10 plus $35 for an adjustment and $35 for a soft tissue session. So, you can expect to spend $80 on your second visit to our office.
